We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager who will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to promote and grow Vibes Events staffing services. While managing the marketing team and external partners, the Marketing Manager ensures that all campaigns effectively target event organizers, venues, and brands. The goal is to establish Vibes as the leading staffing partner for large-scale events, while delivering measurable impact through marketing performance and ROI.
Core Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the events staffing industry.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business development.
- Along with Management, set marketing goals, KPIs, and budget allocations to optimize the return on investment.
Digital Channel Oversight:
- Plan and implement the digital marketing efforts across key platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
- Define the role of each channel in the overall marketing mix, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable performance.
- Oversee agency or internal execution of paid social, organic content calendars, and community engagement.
Brand Management:
- Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Enhance brand awareness and reputation by managing public relations efforts, social media presence, and event sponsorships.
- Develop creative content and campaigns that differentiate the company from competitors.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and creative partners, ensuring brand standards and strategic objectives are consistently upheld across all outsourced work.
- Manage the development and distribution of all branded merchandise (e.g., posters & content design), signage, and collaterals for both internal & external use, events, exhibitions and client-facing activations, ensuring consistency and quality across every touchpoint.
Lead Generation Demand & Talent Acquisition Campaigns:
- Design and implement marketing campaigns that generate leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- In partnership with HR and Project Team, develop and execute targeted recruitment marketing campaigns to attract qualified temporary and part-time event staff, supporting the growth and quality of the company's staffing database.
- Leverage digital marketing tools, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing, to attract potential clients.
- Collaborate with the Client Partnership team to develop and optimize lead qualification processes.
Website Operations:
- Oversee company website content, structure, performance, and ongoing optimization to support brand positioning, lead generation, and recruitment marketing goals.
- Manage third-party agencies and vendors involved in its design, development, and maintenance.
Public Relations & Media Management:
- Manage the company's public relations strategy, including media outreach, press materials, and brand storytelling, while managing relationships with external PR agencies to ensure consistent, high-quality representation across all channels
Event Marketing and Partnerships:
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to increase the company's visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, trade associations, and other partners to expand marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate with the staffing operations team to ensure marketing efforts aligns with staffing needs and capabilities.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentoring, performance evaluations & KPI settings.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns performance, providing regular KPIs and ROI reports.
- Implement, manage marketing budgets smartly in line with the business policy.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to keep the company's marketing efforts current.
What You Will Bring:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Marketing, with 4 years experience in a similar role
- Significant experience within the Event Industry a considerable advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Communications or a related field a must
- Comfortable with multitasking, fast-paced environment, fast decisions, and shifting priorities
- Demonstrable creativity and innovative thinking
- Strong attention to details, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- High personal accountability and follow-through
- Solid expertise with MS Office, specially designing and producing PowerPoint presentations.
- Outstanding English language skills (both written and spoken) are required
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
