Client is looking for a Global Marketing Expert to design, package, and scale marketing programs that can be taken to market globally. This role is focused on building outcome-driven marketing offeringsespecially subscription-based marketing programsthat are easy for sales teams and partners to sell. The ideal candidate combines program creation expertise, commercial mindset, research capability, and creative execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and scale global marketing programs with a strong focus on subscription-based marketing offerings (Physical+Digital).
- Package marketing services into clear, market-ready offerings that can be easily positioned and sold by sales teams.
- Work closely with sales, vendors, and regional marketing teams to enable go-to-market execution.
- Translate market needs, customer challenges, and research insights into relevant marketing programs.
- Develop structured playbooks, frameworks, and guides for program adoption and execution.
- Conduct market and competitive research to continuously refine program positioning and value proposition.
- Create and standardize global templates, presentations, and enablement assets.
- Track program performance and continuously optimize offerings for scale and impact.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in marketing, program management, or digital marketing services.
- Proven experience in creating and managing subscription-based marketing programs, particularly in digital marketing.
- Strong commercial and sales-oriented mindset with the ability to position and sell marketing services to the market.
- Research-driven approach with strong analytical and insight-generation capabilities.
- High level of creativity in designing playbooks, frameworks, and structured marketing assets.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across geographies and cultures in a global role.
