Job Description

The Performance Marketing Manager leads the digital acquisition strategy, overseeing budget planning, campaign execution, and performance optimization across all paid channels. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving ROI, and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.

Duties Strategic Budget Ownership
  • Own and manage the full performance marketing budget
  • Allocate spend across platforms based on ROI and business goals
  • Forecast budget vs expected results (sales, leads, CAC, ROAS)
Performance Strategy & Growth
  • Define and execute full-funnel marketing strategies
  • Scale high-performing campaigns and channels
  • Identify new growth opportunities and platforms
Advanced Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze performance across all channels and campaigns
  • Build dashboards and performance reports for leadership
  • Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
Funnel Optimization & Sales Growth
  • Design and optimize the full customer journey
  • Improve conversion rates across landing pages and ads
  • Work on retention and remarketing strategies
  • Recommend campaigns, offers, and engagement ideas
  • Define tone of voice aligned with brand positioning

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years in same role or relevant.
  • Deep expertise in TikTok Ads,Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat Ads
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns and increasing revenue
  • Strong experience in budget management and forecasting
  • Advanced knowledge of analytics tools and attribution models
