As part of this growth, they are seeking a Marketing Production Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of marketing production across all projects.
This is a key role focused on execution, consistency, and quality — ensuring that all marketing outputs, campaigns, and physical assets are delivered to the highest standard and aligned with the company's brand and strategic direction.
The Role
As Marketing Production Manager, you will lead the full marketing production lifecycle, from initial brief through to final delivery. You will ensure all marketing materials, campaigns, and activations are executed on time, on brand, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end production process across all marketing deliverables, ensuring consistency and quality in line with brand standards
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing collateral, including brochures, signage, technical booklets, and corporate materials
- Lead production for campaigns, advertisements, activations, and events across multiple projects
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Procurement, Design, and Project teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Manage external suppliers, agencies, and production partners, including sourcing, evaluation, and performance management
- Negotiate with vendors in collaboration with Procurement to ensure cost efficiency and value for money
- Oversee event production, including launches, showrooms, and on-ground activations, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality output
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and marketing channels
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will bring strong experience in marketing production within a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing production, with at least 2 years in a similar role
- Strong understanding of production processes, materials, and timelines across print, events, and activations
- Experience working across ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing campaigns
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines
- Experience managing agencies, suppliers, and external partners
- Exposure to real estate or luxury brand environments is advantageous
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with a hands-on approach to execution
