Job Description

. JOB PURPOSE:

  • To track client communications, recording request, grievances, or remarks, and check to guarantee that actions were made to determine clients issues. in coordination with sales team.
  • Generic Accountability
  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and operations.
  • Manage marketing data, systems, and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide analysis and insights to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline marketing operations and improve performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing operations.

Day- to-day operations

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and events.
  • Manage marketing automation systems, CRM platforms, and other marketing tools to ensure accurate data collection, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing analysis and insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and workflows.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support the management and maintenance of marketing databases, ensuring data cleanliness and integrity.
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing efforts.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies related to marketing operations.
  • Assist in the implementation and management of marketing analytics tools and platforms.
  • Provide support for marketing events and trade shows, including logistics, coordination, and lead tracking.
  • Stay updated on data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to marketing operations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: BA degree in administration / marketing field.

  • 1 year in the field of promotion
