Job Description:

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing social media advertising and digital marketing initiatives. This role requires managing multiple platforms and overseeing advertising efforts to optimize performance and drive growth.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage Meta advertising, including tracking monthly spend and conversion rates.

• Oversee email marketing through Klaviyo, crafting targeted content based on customer purchase history.

• Direct Google Shopping management using Go Data Feed.

• Develop and test new advertisement concepts.

• Upload and manage creative assets for all advertising accounts.

• Assist with Shopify tasks, including tracking tools and coupon setup.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Significant experience with Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and Google Shopping.

• Proficiency in English for effective communication and content writing.

• Strong design capabilities and familiarity with AI creative tools.

• Technical knowledge of the Shopify platform.

• Ability to work independently with minimal training.

Personality:

• Self-starter with the ability to manage workloads independently.

Salary and Benefits:

• Employment Type: Part-time with potential to scale to full-time based on performance.

• Schedule: Standard business hours (Monday – Friday).

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
