Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing & PR team at Elsewedy Print House Group. You will help plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, create engaging content, and turn data into better decisions, while learning and growing in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and track their performance.
• Contribute to content planning and write clear, engaging copy for social media and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with the design and video teams to deliver high-quality creatives on time.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Support PR activities, events, and exhibitions.
• Bring new ideas and continuously improve ongoing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Graduate of a leading private university (e.g., GUC, FUE, MIU, or similar).
• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in marketing (digital marketing preferred).
• Good knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals and ad platforms.
• Strong writing and communication skills; good command of English.
• Organized, detail-oriented, quick learner, and a strong team player.
• Able to work on-site from our office in 10th of Ramadan City.
