MEP Quantity Surveyor Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing Construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to assess project requirements and specifications.
• Estimate the quantity and costs of materials.
• Amend the consultant's comments on the QS.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, BOQ's and other documentation.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of quantity surveying services for our projects.
• Liaise and follow up with the warehouse on the materials issuing and track any variation of the quantities.
• Work as the linking person between the site and the technical office team.
• Issue the QS made for the sub-contractors in order to get the final approval from the Engineering Manager.

Job Requirements

• 1-5 relevant years of experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience Using Revit, MS Office and MS Excel, AutoCAD.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
