This is a full-time on-site role for a Night Shift Billing & Sales (English Customer Service) Representative located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing client billing, handling invoicing tasks, resolving billing inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely communication with clients. Representatives will interact with customers in English, provide exceptional support, and maintain a high standard of professionalism while fostering positive client relationships.

• Proficiency in Billing Process, Client Billing, and Invoicing
• Strong Communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Basic Accounting knowledge and related experience
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and billing systems is a plus
