Job Description

A company based in Sheikh Zayed is looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team with professionalism and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the office and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, and organize files and records.
  • Handle emails and official correspondence.
  • Oversee office supplies and liaise with vendors.
  • Welcome clients and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
  • Prepare periodic reports and submit them to management.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the same field is required to ensure effective job performance.
  • Excellent command of English (speaking and writing).
  • Good appearance and polite demeanor.
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to manage time well and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs.
