Salary: AED 8,000 10,000 (depending on experience)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, proven experience managing teams with mixed skill sets, and a hands-on approach to improving processes, training staff, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Team Management

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
  • Manage and coordinate teams with mixed skill levels and job functions
  • Monitor team productivity, performance, and task completion
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational standards

Project Management:

  • Plan, manage, and execute internal projects from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets for operational projects
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery of assigned tasks

Staffing & Development:

  • Identify training needs and create structured onboarding/training plans
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance improvement support
  • Develop SOPs and training materials to standardize workflows
  • Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Process Improvement & Reporting:

  • Review existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency
  • Maintain operational reports, trackers, and progress updates
  • Support management with insights and performance dashboards
  • Ensure high standards of documentation and record-keeping

Business Development:

  • Support business growth by assisting in client/vendor relationships
  • Contribute to new opportunities, partnerships, and operational expansion
  • Assist in proposal coordination, service structuring, and follow-ups

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 36 years of experience in operations management or similar role
  • Proven experience managing teams with mixed skill sets
  • Strong project management skills and execution ability
  • Experience in staff training, onboarding, and performance management
  • Business development exposure is a plus
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP/CRM knowledge is a plus
