Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, proven experience managing teams with mixed skill sets, and a hands-on approach to improving processes, training staff, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Team Management
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Manage and coordinate teams with mixed skill levels and job functions
- Monitor team productivity, performance, and task completion
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational standards
Project Management:
- Plan, manage, and execute internal projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and internal teams
- Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets for operational projects
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of assigned tasks
Staffing & Development:
- Identify training needs and create structured onboarding/training plans
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance improvement support
- Develop SOPs and training materials to standardize workflows
- Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Process Improvement & Reporting:
- Review existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency
- Maintain operational reports, trackers, and progress updates
- Support management with insights and performance dashboards
- Ensure high standards of documentation and record-keeping
Business Development:
- Support business growth by assisting in client/vendor relationships
- Contribute to new opportunities, partnerships, and operational expansion
- Assist in proposal coordination, service structuring, and follow-ups
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 36 years of experience in operations management or similar role
- Proven experience managing teams with mixed skill sets
- Strong project management skills and execution ability
- Experience in staff training, onboarding, and performance management
- Business development exposure is a plus
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP/CRM knowledge is a plus
