Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager at our location in Lahore, Pakistan. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the business, optimize processes, manage workflow, and ensure efficiency across departments. Responsibilities include implementing strategic plans, supervising team performance, managing budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction, while adhering to quality standards and company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills, team management, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills
  • Experience in supply chain management, logistics, and process optimization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with ERP systems, and data analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or a similar industry is a must
  • Should be able to utilize project management and inventory tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
