Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Operations Manager to oversee and manage both
in-house (non-outsourced) and
outsourced operations. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, vendor performance management, cost control, compliance with UAE regulations, and achieving operational efficiency across all functions.
Key Responsibilities
In-House (Non-Outsourced) Operations
- Manage daily operations of internal teams and departments
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, resources, and assets
- Implement SOPs, KPIs, and performance monitoring systems
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Admin for smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and HSE standards
Outsourced Operations
- Manage and monitor outsourced vendors and service providers
- Negotiate SLAs, contracts, and service agreements
- Ensure vendor compliance with quality, timelines, and cost standards
- Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of outsourced teams
- Resolve operational issues and escalate risks when required
General Responsibilities
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and cost-control plans
- Improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Liaise with clients, management, and external stakeholders
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 58 years of UAE experience in operations management
- Proven experience handling both in-house and outsourced operations
- Strong knowledge of vendor management and SLA handling
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
- Experience in telecom / facilities / manpower / services industry is a plus
Preferred Skills

- Ability to manage multi-location operations
- Knowledge of UAE compliance and labor regulations
