Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with proven hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementations, configuring supply chain solutions, and driving Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash process excellence across enterprise environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•       Lead full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Cost Management, and Supplier Portal.

•       Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD/FRD) and translate them into functional Oracle Fusion solutions.

•       Configure Oracle Fusion SCM enterprise structures including item master, inventory organizations, units of measure, sourcing rules, and fulfillment strategies.

•       Design and execute data migration strategies for items, suppliers, purchase orders, and inventory balances using FBDI and ADFdi templates.

•       Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) process design, configuration, and optimization.

•       Configure Approval Workflow rules (AME) for procurement and supply chain processes.

•       Integrate Oracle Fusion SCM with Oracle Fusion Finance modules including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Cost Accounting.

•       Define functional requirements for OTBI reports, BI Publisher outputs, and supply chain dashboards.

•       Facilitate Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-Live activities.

•       Provide structured post go-live hypercare and ongoing functional support.

•       Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

•       5 to 8+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion SCM implementation experience (not legacy EBS).

•       Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations from requirements gathering through go-live.

•       Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules: Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Cost Management.

•       Solid understanding of SCM business processes including P2P, O2C, MRP, and demand planning.

•       Proven experience leading CRP and UAT sessions with business stakeholders.

•       Hands-on experience with FBDI templates for bulk data migration.

•       Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher for supply chain reporting and analytics.

•       Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP Web Services.
