The Payroll Analyst – Offboarding & End-of-Service supports the HR team by accurately processing employee terminations, calculating end-of-service benefits, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations using SAP SuccessFactors and Excel.
Description
- Execute end-of-service calculations for departing employees in SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM
- Verify final payroll runs, including accrued leave, bonuses, and statutory deductions
- Coordinate with finance and legal to reconcile termination payouts and ensure compliance
- Maintain and audit employee offboarding records in the HRIS, updating status and documentation
- Generate and distribute termination reports and analytics for management review
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding final settlements and benefits
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in termination data using Excel Power Query and data validation tools
- Support continuous improvement of offboarding processes by documenting best practices
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing, preferably with offboarding or end-of-service functions
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll or Oracle HCM Cloud
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query) and basic SQL for data extraction
- Knowledge of UAE labor law and end-of-service benefit calculations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to audit large data sets for accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple termination cases simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
