Job Purpose:

ITXPROS is seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team! In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns that drive measurable growth across the full marketing funnel.

The Performance Marketing Specialist will manage paid media campaigns, optimize lead generation, and ensure maximum ROI from digital channels. From strategy to execution, you will collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and other teams to deliver high-performing campaigns that support ITXPROS business objectives.

Your expertise in campaign optimization, analytics, and paid channels will directly contribute to driving customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Design, execute, and optimize full-funnel campaigns that support every stage of the customer journey (from awareness and engagement to lead generation, conversion, and retention).
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and minimize cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
  • Implement and manage tracking pixels, UTMs, and conversion tracking across campaigns.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with Content Creators and Designers to brief and review creative assets for paid campaigns.
  • Optimize remarketing campaigns to re-engage audiences and increase conversions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve targeting, messaging, and creatives.
  • Stay updated on digital advertising trends, new ad formats, and platform updates.
  • Explore emerging channels (TikTok Ads, programmatic, native ads) to diversify performance marketing strategies.

Requirements:

General:

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media management.
  • Previous experience in the SaaS/Tech industry and B2B/B2C marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working in the USA market is a plus.
  • Agency background is preferred.

Technical:

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok, Snapchat, and other ad platforms.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing KPIs, attribution models, and full-funnel campaign strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Data Studio, or other analytics tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and lead generation funnels is a plus.

Tools:

  • Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) is a plus.
