Nakshathra Gold & Diamonds is on a global expansion journey, and we are looking for data-driven Performance Marketing Specialists to lead our digital growth from our Dubai Headquarters (Gold Souq) and our Corporate Office in Kochi, Kerala.

• Meta Ads: Design and manage end-to-end campaigns on Facebook & Instagram to drive showroom footfall.
• TikTok Ads: Execute trend-focused video strategies to maximize viral potential (Major focus for GCC).
• Google & YouTube: Lead SEM, Display, and Video ads to capture intent-based customers across India and GCC.
• Optimization: Monitor ROAS, CPA, and CTR to ensure maximum efficiency of the marketing budget.
• Funnel Management: Create sophisticated remarketing funnels using GA4 and Conversion APIs.

• 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (Jewelry/Retail sector experience is a major plus).
• Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
• Deep understanding of Pixel implementation and CAPI.
• Professional fluency in English.

• Lead the digital growth of a premier international jewelry brand.
• Work with a global team across India, UAE, and other GCC countries.
