Position Title: Performance Marketing Team Lead

Ready to take on this challenge You'll need:

• Proven experience in leading and managing marketing teams with measurable results.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Strong background in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis across multiple channels (digital, social, offline).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both

English and Arabic.

• Solid understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and market segmentation.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage marketing budgets effectively.

• Experience in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and creative teams.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve KPIs and overall business objectives.

• Develop and oversee the execution of integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Oversee content creation and distribution strategies to maximize audience reach and engagement.

• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROl.

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to keep the brand competitive.

• Report regularly to senior management on campaign performance, team progress, and market insights.
