Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in 6th of October. The Pharmacist will dispense medications accurately, review prescriptions for appropriateness, and provide clear counseling to customers on proper use, side effects, and drug interactions. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards, and monitoring stock levels to support efficient inventory management. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to deliver timely service, assisting in handling insurance-related queries, and supporting medication safety initiatives. The Pharmacist is expected to contribute to a positive customer experience by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and strong ethical standards.
Qualifications

• Relevant academic background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or PharmD), with valid registration/license to practice as a Pharmacist.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage calculations, and best practices in dispensing and medication safety.
• Ability to provide clear patient counseling, including medication instructions, adherence guidance, and health education in a customer-focused manner.
• Competence in pharmacy operations, including prescription processing, inventory management, and basic use of pharmacy software systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to ethical practice and regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to work full time on-site in 6th of October and to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Prior experience in community or retail pharmacy is an advantage; familiarity with insurance processes and local healthcare regulations is beneficial.
