Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Manager located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The Senior Project Manager will oversee, coordinate, and manage the lifecycle of construction and interior design projects. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring on-time project delivery. The role also includes managing procurement, expediting processes, quality inspections, and logistics management to align with project goals. Leadership and communication with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders will be key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High End ID Fitout Experience
• Creating Program of Works with correct milestones , following procurement is made on time & achieving Program deliverables.
• Proven expertise in Project Management and a track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge in Expediting and Expeditor processes to ensure materials and resources meet project timelines.
• Experience in Inspection and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards across construction projects.
• Solid understanding of Logistics Management to optimize supply chain operations and resource allocation.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills to lead teams and manage client relationships effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management software tools; PMP or equivalent certification would be a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with regional construction and design industry regulations is highly desirable.
