Project Manager Technical | Military / Land Defense Vehicles - SAUDI NATIONAL

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Technical to lead and deliver complex land defense vehicle programs. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in mechanical/electrical systems integration, armored vehicle design, and defense-grade project delivery, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and schedule commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of defense vehicle projects from concept to delivery.
- Oversee technical planning, design reviews, integration, and qualification phases.
- Act as a liaison between engineering, production, quality, and client teams.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Ensure all project deliverables comply with military standards (MIL-STD, STANAG) and client specifications.
- Mitigate risks and implement change control processes.
- Provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams and suppliers.
- Prepare technical reports, progress reviews, and executive-level briefings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical.
- 812 years of experience in project management within defense, automotive, or heavy vehicle manufacturing industries.
- Proven track record managing military vehicle or defense systems programs.
- Familiar with PMI / Prince2 methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong understanding of system integration, testing, and qualification protocols.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications
- PMP / PRINCE2
- Defense or military project management certifications (optional but advantageous)
- Six Sigma or Lean certification (preferred)
