Property Advisor - Abu Dhabi

This is a full-time, on-site Property Advisor role based in Abu Dhabi. The Property Advisor will assist clients with buying, selling, leasing, and managing properties while building long-term relationships based on trust. Daily tasks include conducting property market analysis, identifying client requirements, preparing investment solutions, managing property listings, and providing high-level customer service. Close collaboration with the Sales, Leasing, and Marketing teams is an integral part of the role.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with an ability to build lasting professional relationships
• Knowledge of Property Management and Real Estate processes, including handling sales, leasing, and appraisals
• Familiarity with Investments and financial aspects of real estate transactions
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively
• English language proficiency is required; fluency in additional languages is an advantage
• UAE real estate market experience or RERA certification is a plus
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is an advantage
