This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for an Entry Level - Experienced Property Advisor. The role involves assisting clients with real estate transactions, providing property management advice, and offering investment insights. Responsibilities include conducting market research, managing customer inquiries, delivering excellent customer service, and building strong investor relationships. Additionally, the Property Advisor will maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends to better serve clients and their investment needs.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and build lasting relationships
• Knowledge or experience in Property Management and the real estate industry
• Understanding of Investments and ability to provide guidance on market trends and opportunities
• Basic knowledge of Finance principles to support investment-related decisions
• Proactive, self-motivated attitude with excellent organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field is advantageous
• Previous experience in real estate or related fields is a plus but not mandatory
• Proficiency in market analysis and property evaluation is desirable
