Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Property Advisor to join our sales team. The role involves handling fresh company-provided leads, working at company stands, and advising clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties across Dubai, with immediate visa processing available.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
- Promote and sell approved off-plan projects.
- Handle company-generated leads and walk-in clients professionally.
- Conduct client consultations to understand investment objectives.
- Present projects, payment plans, and investment advantages clearly.
- Arrange and attend meetings, site visits, and developer presentations.
Lead Conversion & Follow-Up
- Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Guide clients through reservation, booking, and documentation processes.
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Market Knowledge & Compliance
- Stay updated on off-plan projects, developer offerings, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
- Maintain professionalism, transparency, and ethical sales practices.
Collaboration & Performance
- Work closely with Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Marketing teams.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and project briefings.
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
