Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Property Advisor to join our sales team. The role involves handling fresh company-provided leads, working at company stands, and advising clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties across Dubai, with immediate visa processing available.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management

  • Promote and sell approved off-plan projects.
  • Handle company-generated leads and walk-in clients professionally.
  • Conduct client consultations to understand investment objectives.
  • Present projects, payment plans, and investment advantages clearly.
  • Arrange and attend meetings, site visits, and developer presentations.

Lead Conversion & Follow-Up

  • Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into bookings.
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Guide clients through reservation, booking, and documentation processes.
  • Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Market Knowledge & Compliance

  • Stay updated on off-plan projects, developer offerings, and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain professionalism, transparency, and ethical sales practices.

Collaboration & Performance

  • Work closely with Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Marketing teams.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and project briefings.
  • Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
