Key Responsibilities

- Relationship Building: Develop networks with clients, agents, lenders, and contractors.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or Finance is often preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as an agent or advisor.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate market, laws, and regulations.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, time management, and customer service skills.
- License: A real estate license is often mandatory.
- Provide expert advice on investments, purchases, sales, and rentals.
- Perform Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to estimate property value.
- Prepare proposals, listings, and comparative market analyses.
- Coordinate viewings, inspections, and maintenance.
