Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation: Understand client needs, financial abilities, and investment goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research on property trends, values, and local market conditions.
  • Property Marketing: List, market, and showcase properties through open houses, ads, and listings.
  • Negotiation: Mediate and negotiate prices, terms, and contracts for fair deals.
  • Transaction Management: Guide clients through the entire process, preparing legal documents and ensuring compliance.
  • Relationship Building: Develop networks with clients, agents, lenders, and contractors.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or Finance is often preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an agent or advisor.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate market, laws, and regulations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, time management, and customer service skills.
  • License: A real estate license is often mandatory.

  • Provide expert advice on investments, purchases, sales, and rentals.
  • Perform Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to estimate property value.
  • Prepare proposals, listings, and comparative market analyses.
  • Coordinate viewings, inspections, and maintenance.
