Property Consultant

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Property Consultant based in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will assist clients in finding suitable properties and navigating the buying process. Daily tasks include providing expert advice on real estate options, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves managing sales processes, promoting real estate listings, and understanding client needs to deliver tailored solutions.

• Experience in Consulting, Sales, and Real Estate with a strong understanding of market trends
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven ability to analyze market data and provide strategic recommendations
• Proficiency in maintaining records and managing client portfolios
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the real estate or property consulting industry is an advantage
