Property Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, conducting property viewings, and providing expert advice on real estate investments. The role involves building strong client relationships, negotiating deals, staying updated on market trends, and achieving sales and consultancy targets.

• Proven skills in Consulting and Real Estate market knowledge
• Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and negotiation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in real estate sales or consultancy is a plus
