Property Consultant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert property consulting services, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and assisting clients with property transactions, including buying, selling, leasing, and investment opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include market research, property viewings, presenting relevant opportunities to clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring a superior customer experience. Collaboration with team members to meet organizational objectives is also an integral part of the role.

• Strong skills in Consulting, Real Estate expertise, and understanding of market dynamics
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Proven Sales capabilities and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using real estate and CRM tools is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a competitive environment
• Prior experience in the real estate sector is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable
