Role Description
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Property Consultants Off-Plan to join our dynamic team at Buildcaps.
This role is ideal for driven real estate professionals with a proven track record in Dubai's off-plan property market who are passionate about sales, client relationships, and achieving exceptional results.
The Property Consultant will be responsible for managing client portfolios, driving sales performance, and delivering a premium client experience in line with Buildcaps standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell premium off-plan property projects across Dubai.
Identify and qualify leads through company-provided platforms, networking, and referrals.
Advise clients on suitable investment opportunities, payment plans, and project details.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and upcoming project launches, developers, and market trends.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and premium service.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and internal company procedures.
Collaborate with the marketing and admin teams to ensure smooth operations and lead management.
Qualifications
Minimum 6months of experience in the UAE real estate market (off-plan sales experience is a must).
Proven record of closed off-plan deals and achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-performance environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and online property portals.
RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
