Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Cairo, NY. The Property Consultant will represent the clients property needs, ensure seamless property transactions, and identify prospective buyers and sellers. They will be responsible for advising clients on market trends, preparing and presenting property listings, coordinating property viewings, negotiating deals, and maintaining compliance with all real estate regulations. Active networking and building strong client relationships will also be key responsibilities in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of local property market trends and real estate processes
• Proficiency in marketing strategies, sales techniques, and property valuation
• General computer skills and familiarity with property listing platforms
• Ability to manage multiple clients, handle contracts, and stay organized
• Valid real estate license and a willingness to stay updated on regulations
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships
• Own a vehicle and a valid driver's license
