Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will support clients through the entire property transaction process, including identifying suitable properties, arranging and conducting property viewings, and providing guidance on market conditions, pricing, and financing options. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, following up with prospective buyers and sellers, and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities. The Real Estate Agent will prepare and review contracts and documentation, coordinate with legal and financial parties as needed, and ensure smooth, compliant closing of transactions. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and inventory, delivering high-quality customer service, and actively representing the Coldwell Banker brand in the community.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Property regulations.
- Candidates should possess strong Real Estate market knowledge, including local trends, pricing, and property types.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship-building and client satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage time effectively, and handle multiple property listings concurrently.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems for managing leads, listings, and client records.
- Prior experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a related sales role is highly beneficial; relevant education in business, marketing, or real estate is a plus.
