Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will manage property listings, conduct market research, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting processes. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, presenting suitable properties, arranging viewings, negotiating offers, and coordinating contract and closing procedures. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, building long-term client relationships, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets. Real Estate Agents are expected to stay informed about local market trends, property values, and legal requirements to provide reliable, compliant advice.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate regulations and practices.
- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills and proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, client satisfaction, and relationship building.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property concepts, including valuation, contracts, and local market dynamics.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include strong communication and negotiation skills, fluency in English and Arabic, proficiency with real estate CRM and office software, and prior experience in residential or commercial property brokerage.
- A track record of integrity, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment is highly valued.
