Property Consultant
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is confident, well-spoken, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. This role requires strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to guide clients seamlessly through buying, selling, or leasing properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in buying, selling, or leasing residential and/or commercial properties.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions aligned with their needs and budgets.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and integrity.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing trends, legal requirements, and investment opportunities within Dubai.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through a people-first, service-driven approach.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, listings portals, and proactive outreach.
- Manage and update property listings accurately across CRM systems and marketing platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, admin, compliance) to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Stay up to date with RERA regulations, developer launches, and market developments.
- Achieve individual and team sales/leasing targets while maintaining high client satisfaction standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of proven experience in real estate, preferably within the Dubai market.
- Solid understanding of Dubai real estate communities, developers, and property laws.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine people-first attitude.
- Confident negotiator with the ability to close deals ethically and effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, property portals, and basic MS Office tools.
Preferred Attributes
- Must be comfortable working on a commission only structure.
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Existing client database or strong networking ability.
- Experience in off-plan, secondary, or leasing markets.
- High emotional intelligence and problem-solving mindset.
