Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza. This role involves advising prospective and existing clients on suitable residential and commercial properties, conducting property viewings, and presenting available projects and investment options. The Property Consultant will handle inquiries, follow up with leads, negotiate offers, and support clients through the sales process to completion. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, staying updated on market trends, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and team targets.

- Candidates should possess strong consulting and real estate skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and customer service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of the local real estate market in Giza and broader MENA trends.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client engagements, and meet performance targets.
- Previous experience in property consulting, brokerage, or real estate development is preferred.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial.
