Property Consultant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant at Gothic Real Estate.

The Property Consultant will be responsible for brokerage, real estate transactions, customer service, sales, and managing real property in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities:

Company Brand Ambassador for Events and Social Media.

Continuously follow up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth.

Oversee the closing process, provide clients with an efficient transaction experience.

Maintain consistent follow-up to grow the sales pipeline.

Provide superior service and advice to nurture client relationships

Actively engage in networking activities to acquire new clients.

Qualifications:

Professional English speaker, another languages will be plus.

Strong personality, presentable and comfortable in front of the Camera.

Experience in the Dubai Real Estate market, specializing in Off Plan properties.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of the UAE market.
