This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on real estate opportunities, facilitating property sales and purchases, and maintaining client relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing tailored property recommendations, showcasing properties, negotiating terms, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The consultant will represent MBG DEVELOPMENTS with professionalism and integrity at all times.

• Strong Consulting skills with the ability to provide tailored property solutions
• Effective Communication and exceptional Customer Service skills
• Demonstrated expertise in Sales and negotiation practices
• Familiarity with the Real Estate market and industry trends
• Proactive and goal-oriented work ethic
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the real estate or property consulting field is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
