Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in New Capital The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing clients with expert guidance on real estate opportunities, including buying, selling, and renting properties. Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, conducting market research, presenting suitable options, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless transactions. The role requires strong relationship-building skills and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate Consultancy, Market Analysis, and Property Valuation
• Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Sales Negotiation, and Closing Deals
• Effective Communication, Presentation, and Customer Service aptitude
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of the New Capital real estate market and industry trends is a plus
• Previous experience in real estate
