Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in real estate transactions by providing expert advice, facilitating property sales and purchases, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless process. Additional responsibilities include understanding client needs, preparing and presenting property listings, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Consulting and Real Estate expertise, with the ability to provide informed and reliable guidance to clients
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proven experience in Sales and negotiation to achieve successful outcomes
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in local real estate laws and market dynamics is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
