What You'll Do
- Consult & Guide: Act as a trusted advisor to potential buyers, understanding their needs and budget to recommend the best properties from our massive inventory.
- Manage Leads: Work with high-quality leads provided by our marketing and tech teams (no random cold calling!).
- Close Deals: Facilitate site visits, negotiate offers, and guide clients from the first call to the final contract.
- Build Relationships: Maintain long-term relationships with clients to build your own portfolio and network.
Requirements
- Experience: 02 years. Fresh graduates and Career Shifters are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. You need to be a people person.
- Language: Very good command of English and Arabic.
- Mobility: Owning a car is highly preferred (to facilitate client viewings).
- Mindset: Resilient, presentable, and eager to learn.
