This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, providing expert advice on market conditions, and conducting property viewings. Other responsibilities include generating leads, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The consultant will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and helping clients find ideal properties that meet their needs.

• Strong Consulting and Sales skills to identify customer needs, present tailored property solutions, and close deals effectively.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining positive client relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of Real Estate markets, property management, and legal regulations in the United Arab Emirates.
• Proven ability to meet targets, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and computer literacy are desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in real estate or sales is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to transportation are essential.
