Role Description

We are seeking motivated and experienced Property Consultant's to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the property market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or leasing.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties

Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice based on client needs

Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and buyers

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities

Prepare and present offers, agreements, and documentation

Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competition

Achieve monthly sales/leasing targets and contribute to overall team goals

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or property consulting

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Knowledge of local property laws and market trends

Own car and valid driving license (preferred)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional, goal-driven, and customer-focused personality
