Role Description The Property Consultant role at Premia Livings is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Property Consultant will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties, providing accurate market information and legal guidance in line with Dubai real estate regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property viewings, managing client inquiries, preparing and presenting property proposals, and negotiating offers to secure successful transactions. The role also involves maintaining an updated listing portfolio, building long-term relationships with clients, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and service delivery. The Property Consultant is expected to proactively generate leads, follow up on prospects, and uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to advise clients on market trends, legal requirements, and investment opportunities.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions, understand needs, and provide clear, timely information.
• Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive environment.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and registration processes is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or others commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and contract handling.
• Comfort with using CRM systems, property portals, and basic office software for managing leads and listings.
• Relevant experience in real estate or consulting; a valid Dubai real estate broker license or willingness to obtain one is beneficial.
• Driving license MANDATORY
