Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will be responsible for building client relationships, providing property advice, conducting market research, and assisting clients in buying properties. The role involves actively promoting properties, negotiating contracts, and offering tailored real estate solutions to meet client requirements.

• Strong Consulting and Sales skills to advise clients effectively and close property deals.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate to provide accurate market insights and professional guidance.
• Proactive attitude, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently in a competitive market.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai Real estate.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
