About the Role: We are seeking Off-Plan Brokers to join our team and contribute to our success in the real estate market.

Responsibilities:

• Sell top Off-Plan projects across Dubai
• Build and maintain strong investor relationships
• Leverage CRM tools & company leads to close deals
• Stay updated on market trends & project launches

Qualifications:

• 1+ year Dubai Off-Plan experience
• Valid UAE driving license

Required Skills:

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Professional, motivated & client-focused

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in real estate sales
• Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market
