Senior Property Consultant

Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role involves guiding clients through the property selection and purchasing process, including understanding their needs, presenting suitable options, and providing detailed information on projects and services. The Senior Property Consultant will conduct property viewings, follow up with leads, negotiate offers, and support clients through closing and post-sale activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate skills to understand client needs and provide expert property advice.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build trust, present information clearly, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proven Sales skills, including lead management, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive market.
• Solid knowledge of the New Cairo real estate market and current property trends.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and projects, and meet defined performance targets.
• Relevant educational background in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in senior property consultancy or high-end real estate sales is highly beneficial.
