ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a leading organization in the construction and industrial sector, recognized for delivering high-quality projects while maintaining strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

ABOUT THE ROLE / ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Inspector (QC) to support site operations and ensure compliance with established quality standards. This role is critical in maintaining project quality through inspections, reporting, and coordination with site teams. The ideal candidate will be experienced in site-based quality control and comfortable working in remote project environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform routine site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Prepare and implement Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)
• Identify and report non-conformances through NCRs
• Monitor site activities to ensure alignment with ISO 9001 and quality procedures
• Prepare accurate daily and weekly inspection reports in English
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues and ensure corrective actions
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all quality-related activities

REQUIREMENTS

Education / Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in site quality control within construction or industrial projects

Skills & Attributes

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and site quality standards
• Familiarity with safety and compliance requirements on construction sites
• Ability to prepare ITPs and NCRs
• Strong reporting and documentation skills in English
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Willingness to work on-site in remote or camp-based environments
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality standards
