We're seeking aQuantity Surveyorto support cost control and commercial management acrossrenovation and fit-out projects.
This role requires strong analytical skills and experience working on construction or fit-out projects within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
- Monitor project budgets and cost variations
- Evaluate contractor quotations and payments
- Support project teams with cost control and forecasting
- Prepare final accounts and project cost reports
Requirements- Proven experience as aQuantity Surveyorin the UAE
- Strong knowledge of fit-out / renovation projects
- Excellent numerical and reporting skills
- Ability to work across multiple projects
- Based in the UAE
