Quantity Surveyor

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Quantity Surveyor located in Giza. The Quantity Surveyor will oversee cost management for construction projects, including preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), monitoring cost control measures, and delivering regular cost reports. The role involves effective cost planning and ensuring project budgets are adhered to, aligning with the company's strategic goals and project execution standards.

• Proficient in Cost Control and Cost Management techniques
• Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Strong skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and numerical abilities
• Proficient in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying and cost management
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is advantageous
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required
